Appointments & Booking

1. How do I book an appointment?
You can book your appointment directly through our online booking page or by contacting us via phone or message. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

2. Do you accept walk-ins?
We accept walk-ins based on availability, but appointments are highly recommended to ensure we can accommodate you.

3. What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

4. What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client.

We offer a variety of services including haircuts, hair color, balayage, color correction, hairstyling, makeup, manicures, pedicures, and rejuvenation treatments.

6. How do I know which service is right for me?

7. How long do services typically take?
Service times vary depending on the treatment. For example, haircuts may take 45–60 minutes, while color services can take several hours.

Before & After Your Visit

10. Should I come with clean or dirty hair?
For most services, clean and dry hair is preferred unless otherwise instructed. For color services, slightly unwashed hair is acceptable.

11. What should I do to prepare for my appointment?
Bring inspiration photos if you have a specific look in mind. This helps us better understand your vision.

12. How do I maintain my results after my appointment?
We will provide personalized aftercare recommendations and product suggestions to help maintain your look.

8. How much do your services cost?
Prices vary depending on the service, hair length, and complexity. You can view starting prices on our services page or contact us for a personalized quote.

9. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and major payment methods. Please note that payments are completed at the studio after your service.
